The pool and spa

Service was not what you would expect for 5 star hotel and neither was the quality of the furnishings in the room

nice place, beautiful grounds, easy to travel to Falls.

fairly expensive for Argentina in general, and for off season in this area (Iguazu Falls).

ample rooms, access to water falls tours directly from the hotel, staff kindness, food avaialable until late at bar

looks over rated for a five star hotel, decorations and furniture are old, sauna and steam room were nice and clean but kept at a too low temperature

buffet dinner open until late, good breakfast, well located

Rooms less then you expect at the price. Staffs english was very weak but tried to be helpfull although we where misdirected to the bus stop.
