Very friendly and helpful people,speak and understand English much better than the general public which is an advantage.Silvia at the counter mentioned in all the reviews was fantastic!!!She was a mother asking if everything was Ok.....She should get a pay raise! The hotel is in an excellent location in the city and the staff members were wonderful. I was expecting Internet access in "all areas of the hotel" as advertised. However, only the lobby had access - through two computers supplied by the hotel or through wireless access in the lobby. The wireless access seemed to work well for guests with laptops - but it would not work with my "smartphone" (which had no problems in connecting throughout the city in any number of cafes with WiFi. |

staff was nice, and we were able to check in at 10am after our 11 hour flight, which was nice. The gym is ancient, half the equip does not work, other half is from 1930's... |

The staff were very friendly and informative and even though we arrived very early in the morning before the 12:00 check-in, they gave us a room which was available and told us we could change later to another one if we liked. |
