Very friendly and helpful people,speak and understand English much better than the general public which is an advantage.Silvia at the counter mentioned in all the reviews was fantastic!!!She was a mother asking if everything was Ok.....She should get a pay raise! Not much vegetarian food around,Argentinians are meat eaters |

Good location , good rate , good service. Stead of the comments above, I had a good impressive and don´t agree with the opinion that the hotel is old. |

The hotel is in an excellent location in the city and the staff members were wonderful. I was expecting Internet access in "all areas of the hotel" as advertised. However, only the lobby had access - through two computers supplied by the hotel or through wireless access in the lobby. The wireless access seemed to work well for guests with laptops - but it would not work with my "smartphone" (which had no problems in connecting throughout the city in any number of cafes with WiFi. |

staff was nice, and we were able to check in at 10am after our 11 hour flight, which was nice. The gym is ancient, half the equip does not work, other half is from 1930's... |

The staff were very friendly and informative and even though we arrived very early in the morning before the 12:00 check-in, they gave us a room which was available and told us we could change later to another one if we liked. |

The location was good Room overlooked ugly wall with rusty A/C. The breakfast items were not replenished. The ancient toaster did not work properly. The reception was too small and there is no comfortable place to sit other than the entrance throughway. There were no leaflets advertising "what's on". The first room we were taken to was in the process of being painted!! The fancy entrance does not match the room. |
